- Product will be delivered digitally.

-Turnaround time varies depending on complexity and size of the piece, though for general full body single comissions, 2 weeks.

-Payment is done on Paypal only! USD or Euros (I also accept CHF). Full payment is upfront, and I will provide updates daily, or every two days. Major changes will be possible only in the sketch phase, with any large changes being done in afterwards stages may incur an additional fee.

-No cancellations after payment is taken.

-Please make sure to have clear references when you are requesting a piece. I can work with creating a new idea from scratch, but that will incur a charge, as it requires more time and testing to create something unique.

-My art may be used for personal used only (Profile pictures, banners, but credit must be given.). Any piece being used for commercial use must be communicated before price quote.

-No reselling of my art.

-Do NOT use my art for AI training or NFTs.

-All art commissions will be posted on my social media, and may be used as examples in portfolios or future commission sheets unless said otherwise.

-I have the right to refuse any request if it makes me feel uncomfortable in any way, and this will be done before payment as to not incur any loss to the client.

-Feel free to rant about your characters or what the piece is about to me. I truly want to make pieces that will bring life to your ideas, and convey what you're hiring me to portray!

- Upon delivery of the piece, it is the customer's responsibility to store it properly. Loss of product due to negligence will not be reimbursed (though understandable, and if possible I will try to give another copy). Seller can not guarantee that the original copy of the product will be available in the case that the customer lost their files. Please ensure to DOWNLOAD the piece once linked/received.
